Good questions, clear answers.
Everything you need to know before your day on the road.
Do I need a motorcycle license?
No. A standard driver's license is all that's required to drive the Polaris Slingshot in Virginia.
Is it difficult to drive?
Not at all. The Slingshot is fully automatic — no clutch, no shifting. If you can drive a car, you can drive a Slingshot.
What's included with my reservation?
Your Slingshot, a personal route briefing, a curated map of overlooks and stops, and same-day support while you're on the road.
Where are you located?
We're based in McGaheysville, Virginia — minutes from Massanutten Resort, the entrance to Skyline Drive, and Shenandoah National Park.
What happens if it rains?
We'll work with you to reschedule at no charge, or you can swap to a sunny window in your trip if availability allows.
How many people fit in a Slingshot?
Each Slingshot seats two adults comfortably. Booking multiple vehicles for groups is easy — just let us know.
Can I bring a small bag?
Yes. There's secure storage behind the seats for jackets, water, and a small day bag.
Is there an age requirement?
Drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license. Passengers must be 18 or older.
